Reception:
Mini Cheeseburgers with Spicy Bacon Jam and Crispy Potato. Fried Shrimp 'Po'Boy' on Old Bay Gruyere Choux Puff with Spicy Remoulade. House Made Bratwurst, Kraut, and Beer Mustard. Served with a Flight of 3 beers.
1st Course:
Moules Frites
Steamed Mussels with Ancho Passion Fruit Broth and Pommes Frites with Assorted Sauces. Paired with Leffe Blond Belgian Ale.
2nd Course:
Pork Schnitzel
Thunder and Lightning Salad. Paired with Warsteiner German Dunkel.
3rd Course:
Lamb Stew
Guinness Lamb Stew with Colcannon. Paired with Guinness Draught Stout.
Dessert Course:
Cheesecake Stuffed Baked Apple with Beer Caramel and Speculoos Cookie. Served with a Flight of 3 beers.
